Cooking with Honey

Cooking with Honey – Dianne Shepstone who works in the Dept of Food and Science at Leeds University.

Please see suggested recipes attached. There are a few test recipes, a couple of easy cakes/biscuit recipes and a couple that are more challenging.

It would be great if  members bring their  own  attempts at the recipes to the meeting.  Please let us know in advance what you are bringing, so everyone doesn’t bring the same thing!  It will also help Dianne to know which ones she needs to bring examples of.  Volunteers please contact secretary@hbks.org.uk

If you have a favourite honey recipe that you would like to bring along instead of one Diane’s recipes that would be excellent.

Please feel free to invite partners, spouses or friends interested in cooking to this meeting. Please encourage them to bring along a recipe attempt as well!  And everyone should bring a good appetite!
